Ain Shaz, 20 is currently my practical trainee. I took her in when she was 18 immediately after SPM result. She is one of my Diploma Students of Early Childhood. She's from Kedah and her ambition to become a doctor. Previously she is one of the to scorer in her school back in her hometown.
I promised her that her Practicum in my so called tadika The Kida Campus will not be easy. Simply because my vision and goal is to EMPOWER teachers. Teachers thy will never be seen only in classroom but beyond. Teachers who is the GURU for the true asset of the nation.
So there you go nearly 300 children gathered yesterday, more than 10 Media covered in our program of Inovasi ALAM CILIK and has put Ain Shaz as Project Manager. I strongly believe that one day with all the exposure she's getting and her openess to learn with carve her a promising future in Early Childhood Profession.
True enough she has changed her ambition to be a doctor in a hospital but a future Specialist and Expert in Early Childhood Education. Her aim now to become a Professor in ECCE.
